Convenient Living with a view

Park City 3&4 Apartments, Inc. is a Co-op community located in Rego Park, New York. Our shareholders live in 6 buildings, each with 14 floors.

Each apartment has its own private terrace with spectacular views of the neighborhood. We have beautiful and well maintained grounds and exteriors.

There is an on-site Management Office and Handyman Staff operating from Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (the Management Office is open until 7:00 PM on Thursdays) to assist shareholders with any inquiries or concerns.

We also have live-in superintendents available for any emergencies.

There is a seasonal Pool and children’s playground located on site. The lovely park like grounds are great for power walks or just relaxing.

CONVENIENCE

There are two 24-hour indoor parking garages with assigned spaces. Private storage is available and is located in each building. Laundry rooms are also conveniently situated in every building.

SECURITY

There are security guards on site. Buildings and parking garages are secured by keyless entry. Residents are given electronic fobs that allow entry.
